How to register for fancy numbers
1- First of all you have to go to https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/fancy/faces/public/login.xhtml
2- Then you will have to log in or register. Sign up with mobile number or email ID.
3- Then go to the main menu and click on the user other services tab. After this click on search by number.
4- After this select that number and then click on the e-auction tab.
5- Click on number selection to choose your reserved number. Then click on the register button.
6- Then you have to fill an application and then click on the submit button to fill your form.
7- Now you have to pay the fee and after this your fee receipt will be generated.

To bid for numbers, first of all you have to visit the official website of the Transport Department. https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/fancy/faces/public/login.xhtml will go on.
After this log in and go to auction service then click on bidding process
After this select the Unique Acknowledgment Number
After this you will have to place your bid and click on the submit button.
If you win this auction, you will receive a payment link on your registered mobile number and registered email.
After this you have to make payment and then the number will be allotted to you.
